Great course material/ebook from IIT Kharagpur, contains great deal of informations about manufacturing processes that I believe every mechanical and industrial engineers should know. You can learn (or at least read) about abrasive process, EDM, Abrasive Jet Machining and more aside of conventional manufacturing processes such as grinding, turning, etc!
