Saturn L-Series was available with 2.2 L L61 Ecotec I4 and 3.0 L L81 V6 engine, either with 4T45-E or 4T40-E automatic transmission or 5 speed manual transmission. It was built in GM29000 platform based on the Opel Vectra, completely differs from its successor, Saturn Aura which was built in Epsilon Platform.
