This Workshop Manual consists of procedures for service mechanics including removal, disassembly, inspection, adjustment, reassembly and installation of Mitsubishi L200 to be used with the following manuals as required:
Technical Information Manual (PYTE9601); Workshop Manual Engine Group; Electrical Wiring (PHTE9601); Body Repair Manual (PBTE9601) and Parts Catalogue (T603B006D).

The Mitsubishi L200 was offered in either 4WD drivetrain or 2 WD drivetrain, manual or automatic transmission, Single Cab, Club Cab, or Double Cab cabin, MPI or Injection, with Gasoline or Diesel Fuel.

This workshop manual was issued by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation in April, 1996, designated to the L200 1997-2002 model years and covers vehicle with the following model codes:

    Sir:

    I am working here in Baghdad, Iraq at the US Embassy and we have a 2002 Mitsubishi L200 pick up 4door truck and we can’t seem to fine the Vin#location. I have a vin of the truck which is a 16 digt number but I can’t seem tolocate the number. Could you please tell me at least where would be one or two various location to look for the 16 digt number. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
