KIA Sorento was produced since 2003 by KIA Motors, which is South Korean Automaker. Originally it was a compact SUV, but now, KIA Sorento is a mid size crossover SUV.

During its production since 2003, KIA Sorento has been offered in gasoline and diesel fueled engine, which is 2.4 L I4, 3.3 L Lambda V6, 3.5 L Sigma V6, 3.8 L Lambda V6 and 2.5 L Diesel I4, available in 2 trims, EX and LX but in 2009 it also offered in XM code (for redesigned Sorento).
