Taken from first page: When retro fitting a PTO, the following points must be noted; see the detailed description under “Procedure”. The programming of the Eurotronic ECU for PTO must be done via MODUS. If this is not done, the PTO cannot be switched on. Ideally this must be carried out by the dealer before delivery to the body-builder to enable equipment testing.

  • The warning signal is programmed for a speed of 1500 revs / min. It is possible to change this setting.
  • The wiring for connecting the switch and relays is already present in the cab.
  • The PTO switch can only be operated after the inhibit switch is pushed to on side.
  • Run the PTO chassis wiring to the CAB REAR BULKHEAD block and connect.

Vehicles affected: Iveco Eurostar, Iveco Eurotech and Iveco Eurotrakker.
