The Nissan Infiniti QX4 are also known as Nissan Terrano Regulus, while the latter was sold in Japan, Infiniti Q4 was sold in the North American Market. The update in 2001 changed its timing belt from belt driven to chain driven timing system, also engine went from 3.3L to 3.5L, it produces 240 hp instead of only 168 hp.
